1. What are the water billing periods?

• Water is billed quarterly (every three months), billing months are FEBRUARY – MAY – AUGUST – NOVEMBER.
• Fire service accounts (flats) are billed annually.

2. What are the water billing rates?

0-9,000 flat fee* 9,001-50,000 are$3.89, 50,001-100,000 are $5.32, 101,001-500,000 are$7.52, 500,001-1,000,000 are 9.06, and Over 1,000,001 are $9.95 per one thousand gallons.

*Price may vary depending on the size of meter diameter.

3. When are water bills due?

Water bills are due immediately upon receipt and begin to accrue interest after 30 days. Last day of billing month.

4. When do I notify the Tax and Water Department of billing changes?

A Water Account Address Change Form must be completed and signed by the homeowner when any name and billing address changes occur.   

5. How do I notify the Tax and Water Department of billing changes?

• By completing the Water Account Address Change Form as instructed and delivering it to the physical address in person or by mail), or fax number, or email listed on the top of the form.
• Water account changes will not be made unless this form is filled out in its entirety and received by our Tax & Water Department office.

6. How can I obtain a water account closing letter?
