Judge Paul R. Delle
The Honorable Paul R. Delle is the elected Hempstead Village Court Justice and presides over civil and misdemeanor criminal matters that come under the jurisdiction of the Court.
Justice Delle brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his position as Village Justice. He has been a resident, businessman and active participant in the Hempstead community for over 40 years, and a practicing trial attorney for over 30 years.
Justice Delle began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney for Nassau County in 1987. Justice Delle was appointed to a part-time position as a Deputy Village Attorney for the Incorporated Village of Sea Cliff from 2001-2008. In 2010, the Nassau County Bar Association appointed Justice Delle as Chairperson for the Criminal Law and Procedure Committee for a two-year term.
In 1984, Justice Delle joined the Hempstead Fire Department and is also currently the Captain of Enterprise Hose Company 1.
