National Night Out is a yearly event where Hempstead, along with other communities, comes together to take a stand against crime and reclaim our streets. The event will feature lots of fun-filled activities for your children and family, as we join with local businesses, law enforcement, faith leaders and civic organizations to find ways to make our community safer.
In addition to a DJ and musical entertainment, light refreshments will be provided.
So bring your family and friends and join me for National Night Out, this Tuesday, August 5th from 5pm to 8pm. Let's stand together to take back our streets and take a stand against crime. I look forward to seeing you there.
