Pursuant to Article 7 of the Public Officers Law, set forth below are the dates, times and places of all meetings to be held by the public bodies of the Village of Hempstead.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Article 2 of the Municipal Home Rule Law and the provisions of the Law of the State of New York, a public hearing will be held in the Village Hall, 99 Nichols Court, Hempstead, New York, on the 18th day of March 2008 at 6:30 p.m. to consider amending Chapter 7 CODES REVIEW BOARD of the Code of the Incorporated Village of Hempstead.

The proposed local law is on file in the Office of the Village Clerk, Village Hall, 99 Nichols Court, Hempstead, New York, where the same may be inspected during office hours.

The regular meetings of the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of
Hempstead shall be held on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. and third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m., except during the months of July and August in which months the regular meetings shall be held on the first Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. and the annual meeting on the first Monday in April at 6:00 p.m., thereof, and that special meetings of the Board of Trustees may be called by the Mayor or two Trustees acting in concert, by causing proper notice to be served pursuant to law and that all agenda items must be in the Office of the Village Clerk no later than Wednesday preceding the Board meeting date except that any item may be added to the agenda by a member of the Board of Trustees up to and including the Board meeting itself.
