Important Information about Water Bills

For  cycle 1 meter reads the next billing date will be  February  1, 2011
For  cycle 2 meter reads the next billing date will be  April 1,  2011

If you have an “E” on your bill this means that  your new  meter is  not reading to the system and you must call 478-6252 to have this repaired.

This could also mean that  you have not had a new meter installed and you must  call 478-6252 to have a new  meter installed.

If you do not arrange for a  new meter to  be  installed you will receive a summons and  thereafter, in addition to any fines and penalties that may be imposed,  you must hire a plumber to install a  new meter.

With our new reading system we can read your meter  every day.
